REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Contact us before the 14-day period expires to meet the deadline.

2. Return Conditions Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached, and returned in original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. How to Return Email kovaamsterdam@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service — KOVA Amsterdam is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when issued.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items Contact us at kovaamsterdam@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost.

7. Exchanges Size and colour exchanges are available subject to stock. Contact us to arrange. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

8. Final Sale Items Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless faulty.
